Chord Writer 1.0 Release

The Go-Live process took a few days, but we got there. Some housekeeping:

• This is officially:
  • Sharpee version 5.0.0
  • Chord Language 3.0.0
  • Chord Writer (IDE) 1.0.0
• The DMG installer is for Apple silicon (M1-M5) only
• The IDE requires Node 18+ and the Sharpee CLI (@sharpee/devkit) installed globally.
• Everything is documented on the website.

The final IDE has a new testing surface that's entirely IDE driven. No text transcripts like the underlying Sharpee platform.
